TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER for CHANITEC DIVISION.

Under the authority of the Managing Director and Sales Director , the Head of Technical Sales will direct all activities of the division which includes CHANITEC Cold sectors ( TRANE representation ) and Elevators ( SCHINDLER representation ) . Be actively involved in the strategy of development of these sectors .

Position based in Kinshasa.
 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Technical support to the sales manager ( from exploration to development of sales contracts and maintenance )
Develops and / or approves the estimate, assisted by his deputies
Develops and monitors the execution schedules and manages its response team
Prepares or supervises the purchase requests (local and imports)
Visit the sites in progress and maintains business relationships with customers regularly ;
Participates in the preparation of the annual operating budgets and investment ;
  

DIPLOMA AND / OR TRAINING REQUIRED :

Higher minimum level of a senior technician, ideally in HVAC and good knowledge or additional training in electro-mechanical technician (BTS , DUT, etc. ..)
An expatriation experience is an asset.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in a similar function in HVAC installation and / or elevators experience.

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:

- Proficiency in computer skills ( CAD, CAM , project tracking software ... )
- Fluency in English , written and spoken .

- QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team , ability to maintain authority.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
